How to Apply

Four easy steps:

If you see a U of A apartment you’re interested in renting, you’ll need to:

  1. Contact us by phone at (520) 906-7215 or by email at contact@uofaapartments.com to set up an appointment to view the apartment.
  2. Fill out the application forms and submit a deposit equal to one month rent to hold the apartment for you, thereby taking it off the rental market. The Leasing Consultant will accept your check and application in person and provide a receipt.This one month deposit will become your Security Deposit. All Security Deposits are fully refundable with the exception of $150.00 for all Studios/1 BR’s and $300.00 for House Mother Apartments 2 and 3 BR’s. This non-refundable portion is used by the Landlord for minor repairs, cleaning and rekeying. We do not charge an application fee.Once a specific apartment has been formally reserved, should a Resident cancel this agreement before the lease is executed, the deposit will be forfeited. If a Resident does not move into the unit and commence rent payments at the start of the lease on the agreed-upon move-in date, the deposit shall be forfeited. In the event the reserved apartment is not ready for occupancy or is not available for move-in on the agreed-upon date, Resident has the option to extend the due date or demand the full refund of the deposit made. Alternatively, the Resident may accept a different apartment offered by Management Agent at Resident’s sole discretion.
  3. Within 3-4 days, a lease will be emailed to you. Resident will need to print and sign the lease and mail it to the Property Manager at:

    Tucson, Arizona 85733-3025or hand-deliver it to the Property Manager. To arrange to sign your lease in person please call 520-609-6093. Within 14 days you will receive a copy of the signed and fully executed lease.
  4. Prior to moving into the apartment, Residents must pay first months rent.

  • Fill out the online application
  • Make your deposit online THROUGH PAYPAL, or
  • Mail your deposit and printed application to: PO Box 43025 Tucson, AZ 85733-3025. Please call us at 520-609-6093 prior to mailing your check to obtain specific payment instructions and to let us know a deposit is on its way.
